After several days of meticulous packaging and rigorous quality inspections, a batch of 1,250 high-quality IP67-rated hard cases was successfully loaded into containers, ready for shipment to the United States. This export order includes 1,000 16-inch handheld hard cases and 250 18-inch handheld hard cases. It represents WEISHUO’s largest single-batch export order to the North American market this year, marking a new milestone in the company’s business expansion in the region.
This order comes from one of WEISHUO’s long-term brand partners in the North American market, a client specializing in protective solutions for high-end industrial equipment and precision instruments. Following multiple rounds of sample testing and small-batch trial orders, WEISHUO stood out among numerous international suppliers thanks to its consistent product quality, precise dimensional control, and flexible customization services, securing the client’s annual framework order. The 1,000 16-inch protective cases and 250 18-inch protective cases shipped in this batch will primarily be used to support the client’s end-user sales and project deliveries of testing instruments, communication equipment, and outdoor tool kits.

The two flagship products exported this time—the 16-inch handheld hard case and the 18-inch handheld hard case—are the “backbone” of WEISHUO’s handheld hard case series. Both products are made from high-strength engineering-grade PP plastic and are formed in a single process using large precision injection molding machines. The interior features a scientifically designed multi-dimensional rib network, providing excellent impact, drop, and compression resistance. Laboratory testing confirms that both cases can withstand a 2-meter free fall and static stacking pressure exceeding 150 kilograms, offering round-the-clock robust protection for the equipment inside.
In terms of sealing performance, both products meet the IP67 protection rating. Equipped with wide silicone gaskets and a precision latch system, they completely prevent dust ingress and can withstand submersion in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes without leakage, confidently handling complex environments such as outdoor downpours, humid workshops, and the turbulence of ocean shipping. Additionally, based on customer requirements, WEISHUO has equipped this batch of orders with customized high-density EVA foam liners. Using precision CNC cutting technology, we have created dedicated compartments for instruments and equipment of various sizes, ensuring that equipment remains secure and free from movement or impact during transport and handling.
WEISHUO’s ability to efficiently and reliably fulfill orders in the thousands is rooted in its solid manufacturing foundation. The United States is one of the world’s largest markets for hard cases, with extremely stringent requirements for product certification, quality, and service. Since officially launching its hard case export business in 2021, WEISHUO has consistently prioritized the North American market as a strategic focus, continuously investing resources in product development and system certification.
