Recently, WEISHUO successfully completed the prototyping of an EVA foam liner for a 20-inch orange protective case customized for a German industrial equipment client. The sample has been shipped to Germany via international express delivery.

Customization Service: 20-inch Large Capacity, Precise Alignment with German Standards

This German client needed to safely and systematically integrate multiple irregularly shaped components into a single case. Considering equipment dimensions and portability, the client ultimately selected a 20-inch handheld hard case. Additionally, the case was required to be a high-visibility orange color to ensure quick identification in complex industrial environments and to comply with safety management regulations.

Upon receiving the request, the WEISHUO design team first conducted a detailed analysis of the 3D drawings and physical photos of the instruments provided by the client. The 20-inch case offers ample interior space. Engineers implemented a compartmentalized design, with all storage compartments precision-cut using CNC technology. High-density EVA foam was meticulously sculpted to create slots that perfectly conform to the contours of each instrument. The finished interior features clearly defined layers, allowing for easy access to instruments and secure storage—ensuring they remain in place even during vehicle vibrations or on-site handling.

Regarding color, the factory specially formulated a high-saturation orange masterbatch based on the RAL color chart provided by the client. This resulted in a case with uniform color and strong weather resistance, and the client’s corporate logo and equipment management number were printed on the lid. The entire development cycle, from design coordination to sample shipment, took only 10 working days.

Sample Confirmation: Efficient Response Earns Trust from German Client

After sample production was completed, Ningbo Weishuo organized physical loading tests and IP67 sealing inspections. Upon confirmation of compliance, the samples were shipped via international express to the German client’s headquarters. Upon receipt, the client conducted on-site tests of instrument insertion, removal, and the tactile feel of opening and closing the case. They expressed high satisfaction with the foam’s hardness, structural layout, and the high visibility of the orange case.

Custom EVA Foam Liners: More Than Just Protection—Efficiency and Safety

The core value of WEISHUO’s custom EVA foam liner service lies in:

1. Zero-Shake Securing: Each component has a dedicated slot, eliminating shifting during transport.

2. Enhanced Retrieval Efficiency: Items are visible immediately upon opening the case, eliminating the need to search and reducing on-site work time.

3. Extended equipment lifespan: Prevents calibration errors or damage to precision instruments caused by impacts.

4. High-visibility colors: Bright-colored cases in orange, yellow, and other hues facilitate quick on-site location, reducing the risk of asset loss.

5. Enhanced brand image: A neat and organized interior layout with custom colors reflects the user’s professionalism.
