Recently, WEISHUO officially introduced AI-powered full-inspection machines, applying artificial intelligence technology to the quality inspection process of injection-molded parts. By leveraging intelligent methods, the company is comprehensively enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of product inspection, injecting new momentum into precision injection molding quality control.

Recently, WEISHUO received feedback from an overseas customer: when using the WS6002 compact telescopic handle protective case, the handle collided with the bottom of the case the moment it was fully retracted, causing localized cracking on the bottom surface. The customer expressed concern about this issue and requested information on the cause and potential solutions.

As a manufacturer with nearly a decade of experience in precision injection molding, WEISHUO ships tens of thousands of plastic parts daily to various industries, including automotive, home appliances, and industrial equipment.

Recently, WEISHUO successfully completed the prototyping of an EVA foam liner for a 20-inch orange protective case customized for a German industrial equipment client. The sample has been shipped to Germany via international express delivery.

To further verify and enhance the compliance, effectiveness, and continuous improvement capabilities of the company’s quality management system, a team of audit experts appointed by a leading domestic certification body recently visited Ningbo Weishuo Molding and Plastic Products Co., Ltd. to conduct a two-day 2026 ISO 9001 Quality Management System annual surveillance audit.

Recently, the factory grounds of Ningbo Weishuo Molding and Plastic Products Co., Ltd. have been bustling with activity. After several days of meticulous packaging and rigorous quality inspections, a batch of 1,250 high-quality IP67-rated hard cases was successfully loaded into containers, ready for shipment to the United States.
