The seal is where most cases fail. weishuo uses a high-quality silicone sealing strip. Silicone keeps its elastic recovery better than common rubber, so the seal continues to work after repeated opening and closing. Our standard silicone seal is tested from -40°C to 80°C.
The lid and body mating surfaces are precision machined. This spreads pressure evenly across the seal and removes weak points. Latches are optimized to give enough locking force without permanently crushing the seal.
Marine and coastal: Metal parts such as latches, hinges, and screws use stainless steel or multi-layer corrosion-resistant coatings. Sealing strips are selected for seawater resistance. This helps prevent rust and seizing in highly saline sea fog.
Desert and dusty sites: The seal groove uses an angled self-cleaning design. When the lid closes, sand particles are pushed away from the sealing surface instead of being pressed into the seal. The case surface has an anti-static matte finish to reduce dust adhesion.
High-altitude and polar regions: Our all-weather series is designed to stay flexible at -40°C and resist softening at 80°C under direct sunlight. A standard pressure equalization valve helps handle rapid temperature changes.
We use virgin engineering PP plastic, not recycled content. This supports long-term durability and aging resistance. Heavy-duty models have thickened walls and reinforced ribs at all four corners and the base. This construction helps them handle greater impact and stacking pressure in industrial use.
Standard color is black. Custom colors we have produced include red, yellow, orange, green, and off-white. You can also provide a color code for matching. Camouflage and patterns can be added by external spraying.
Inside the case, choose sponge, EVA foam, RPD partitions, or CNC-cut foam to fit your equipment. Logo options include screen printing, plastic dripping, and adhesive stickers. We support OEM and ODM projects from sample to mass production.
